The return request must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Items that cannot be returned include:

Digital products after they have been delivered or accessed

Personalized or custom-made items

Clearance or final sale products

Items marked “non-returnable”

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Do not ship items back without prior contact, as we cannot guarantee processing of unauthorized returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Luxette is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

6. Refunds
